BOOKS ALIVE
Stories inspire us.
Art lets us imagine.
And every child gets to be a creator!
Books Alive! brings favorite stories to life through art, imagination, and hands-on creative play!
Each week, young children explore a fun and engaging story and then create art inspired by the characters, animals, places, and adventures in the book. Children may paint, draw, glue, collage, sculpt, or experiment with different art materials as they turn ideas from the story into their own creations.
Designed especially for ages 3–5, this program encourages children to explore colors, textures, shapes, and materials while developing their imagination and confidence as young artists. Activities are open-ended and process-focused, allowing each child to create something uniquely their own.
Designed for children Pre-K to K
